Battelfront has offically gone gold for Xbox, PS2, and of course PC-CD, according to local press.
This is one game that looks like a cotender for Best SW Game of the Year award...altohugh it dosn't seem to have much compitiion.
This means that there will be no hold-up or release day changes for BF, it will release on the 21st of this month. Also, the DVDs of the orginals (which is set to release on the same day :) ) will include a demo of the game.

While watching Bush's speach at the RNC, I am reminded of what a jackass he is... and why I think Kerry or a monkey could run the country better.
Let me set it stright: I do not "like" Kerry. I am not a Democrat (now for that matter am I a Republican). However, the name opposite Bush on election day is Kerry. So thats where I place my support.
Let us all be reminded of how smart our Presy is by a few of his favorite quotes:
"The furture will be better tomorrow"
"A vast majority of our imports come from out of the country"
And, heres a flash ani will all must see before we head of to the polls.

Battelfront: 22 Days
Looks like theres only 22 days left till the launch of Battelfront. I can't wait. The game looks like it could be a great holdover untill November 9th. From what I hear, it will be the biggest Live game out to date, supporting up to 24 people on dedicated.
Also in gaming news, Doom 3 looks like it will, of course, be delayed for Xbox. The head's veiw changed from "its up in the air" to "It dosn't look like it will" over the weekend. Looks like we won't get it till 2005.
As its Sunday and I new month is before us in the week, heres my Monthly Picks
Fable- Long and awited, we finaly get it on the 12 or so. Recived a 9.3 from IGN, looks like it could top KOTOR as the Top Console RPG
Burnout 3- A new twist on the classic... and EA;s first non-sport game on Live. Cross your fingers...
NASCAR 05- I doubt it will transfer into a good Live game... but for the rednecks out there, this ones for you!

I Love Bees... Now with Sound
For those of you following the Ilovebees.com thing, today is August 24. The coutdown is over... and more clues are being unveiled, and they are sound files (.wav, to be exact).
A few weeks ago, coordinates were unveiled on the site... and then times, and were called "axons". Apparently each of these cordinates had a pay phone, and when it rang, someone that answered could place in the pass word, given at the site, and access a message, which was thjen placed on the site after 2 peiople had answered a phone in each "section".
Almost all files are unlocked now... and more will be unlocked tomorrow (probably). Right now, one axon remains to "go hot" (that is, when the time given at the site comes).
I doubt Halo 2 will be released early. But this game is fun. I'll post more soon

Get ready for Halo2
In order to continue their hype, MS and Bungie created this list to be "ready" for Halo2. I am not posting this as a how-to or so-you-know thing, but a man-thats-funny type of thing.
Obviously MS is hoping thaqt the Big O2 will bring their sales up dramticaly, and of course it should. But, if they were smart, thed create a bundle for the really stupid and/or lazy people and/or n00bs.

Thrid Day of School
Today was-- you geussed it, the thrid day of school. Of curse, this means that school is almost pasted the first week.
The only class who seems to still be using the scare tactic is Trig-- only 4 people have dropped out of 40, so I'm geussing it will continue untill the number is down till 32 or even 30.
While I am not doing band this year, it seems that it maybe for the ultimate good. the band is under a new director this year, and, well, it sucks. From what I hear, they are on set 7 of about 40, whereas last year we were at this time at least on 20-25. Ansd music, well, no one really has it down at all. The first football gtame is coming in just a few weeks. I really feel sorry for them.

Second Day of School
Today was--you geussed it, the second day of school. It seems my Spanish case is populated entirly of sophmores. I know I am just bearly a Jr, but they act so immature. It was a rough day.
In English we had to do a "writting sample. Nothing worse than having to write a paper that won't be graded. I choose on video game violence. Since we had to present both sides of the argument, it became like a debate in my head. On one hand, you've got some stupid kids going out and shoting up their freinds becuase of ManHunt. On the other, its kinda illegal to censor... so I came up with that people need to be more educated. Instead of passing a law to censor, we need to pass a law for knowledge.
On a whole, most of the first day tactics of teachers were gone today, except for Trig. I think she wants to scare some so that the class gets smaller.

First Day of School
Well, just got back from my first day back at High School, this year as a Jr. I've got some pretty rough courses, including two A.P. classes, seems most of my teachers are still being Mocho on their first day. Teachers like to do that sometimes. Prove that they are tough. Give us HW on the first day, yeah right.
Also, this is the first day without Band in my life. But I still hung out with them. really, thats all I know.
Spanish was by far the oddest of them though. Thats going to be a very differant class.
